Shipping Cost

$7.99 + tax per order for Canada-wide shipping with Canada Post.
Free shipping on all orders of $75 and more.

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, except in the event of a temporary shortage of inventory.

Regular delivery time is 2 to 8 business days with Canada Post. However, the delivery times indicated are approximate and Humask is not responsible for any delays related to Canada Post issues.

For international orders, customs and brokerage fees may apply; they are to be handled by the client at collection point.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be shared with you by email or SMS message to allow you to track the delivery status of your order in real time.

Items damaged in transit

Humask packing team ensures that all items are shipped intact and packaged adequately to avoid any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service using the following email: or by phone at 819 519-3255 to let us know. We will need photos of the damaged items to complete your claim.

Lost / unrecovered package

If your package seems lost, we invite you to follow up with Canada Post first using the tracking number provided.

If the situation persists, please let us know. We will then be able to follow up on the file with the carrier. A claim ticket will be created and an investigation will be carried out by our customer service team. You will be informed throughout the process and we will communicate a solution to you based on the claim.

Packages not collected at the Canada Post counter will be returned to us. When applicable, restocking and shipping charges may apply.

Error in order

For any error in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number.

Merchandise return

Given that our products are classified as class 1 medical devices, they are governed by strict traceability and quality assurance processes. Consequently, transactions made via our online store are at all times considered "final sale / non-exchangeable".
